100 Calorie Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin. Mix flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add applesauce, sugar, egg whites and water. Mix until blended. Add in blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until tops have lightly browned. Serves 12.Recipe adapted from Spark Recipes.
