I went through the holidays and still enjoyed my favorite holiday foods!

My name is Brett Petro and I live in Westerville, Ohio. I am a business analyst who has lost 79 pounds and 8 inches off my waist thanks to Positive Changes Hypnosis. The first week in my program I lost an astonishing 7 pounds and in the first month I lost around 16 pounds. My weight loss was quick and easy. I haven't weighed what I weigh today for 30 years-- when I graduated from college. That's a great feeling.



I wasn't hugely overweight until the last 10 years, but I was carrying more weight than I should have for many years before that. Before joining Positive Changes Hypnosis I had tried other methods to lose weight. I exercised my brains out but when I got injured and couldn't exercise at that level anymore, my weight loss efforts stalled. Even when I was exercising a lot, my weight loss was never permanent. I would lose some weight and then turn around and gain it back.

Thanks to Positive Changes my eating habits have completely changed. I no longer have the urge to snack after dinner and I don't miss it. I can walk by something my kids are snacking on and I simply don't have the urge to join. I don't crave junk foods anymore. I now eat more balanced meals for breakfast and lunch. My portions are small and balanced now. I am satisfied with my diet and I easily make better choices. I never feel deprived. I can eat less and enjoy it so much more. Now, I think about every mouthful I eat. I don't give up foods that I love. I went through Christmas and the holidays while on my program. I still enjoyed my favorite holiday foods. I just ate less of it. I enjoyed it but when I was done with my small portion it was enough.


I am very satisfied with my results at Positive Changes Hypnosis. The most important benefit I've received from my program is my weight loss. That's very important to me. But I have also learned that I can do anything if I make my mind up about it. That's a real positive in my life. If I can lose weight I can do anything.
