Meditation Promotes Brain Health

The brain needs exercise just like the muscles. Many recent studies have shown that meditation promotes health and brain function. Meditation strengthens the immune system, increases attention and mental organization, reduces blood pressure and blood sugar, improves sleep, reduces binge eating, and promotes pain management. Meditate and give your brain a workout.
